• Download VRChat Companion if you don't have it already - https://vrchat.com/download/vcc
• Create a new Avatar project - Check that your VRChat SDK - Base and VRChat SDK - Avatars are latest version
• Open the project
• Import included poi_Toon_7.3.50_To_8.1.163
• Import included Lyra package
• Open Lyra scene and upload your avatars using VRChat SDK window!
